1. Version 1.2

   August 27, 2026

   New

   • Tax-aware solving: Goal Mode now fully accounts for annual tax treatment when solving for rate, duration, principal, or deposit. Solved values land exactly on target.
   • Live tax treatment: Switching between Annual and Deferred tax treatment now updates the current scenario immediately without requiring a new scenario.

   Improved

   • Smarter tax modeling: Tax is no longer applied against negative returns in high-fee, low-return scenarios, keeping after-tax projections conservative and correct.
   • Consistent formatting: Currency displays are now locked to a consistent format on every device, regardless of region settings.
   • Faster Rate of Return solving: Rate of Return now recalculates dramatically faster while sliders are adjusted.

2. Version 1.1

   May 22, 2026

   New

   • Integrated pickers: Duration and Deposit pickers are now built directly into the Number Keypad. Switch between Years, Months, Weeks, or Days for duration, and adjust deposit frequencies without leaving the menu.
   • Semimonthly option: Added a new Semimonthly frequency (24x per year) for both deposits and compounding intervals.
   • Expanded ranges: Sliders now support larger capital amounts for more advanced, long-term financial projections.

   • Redesigned Summary layout: Features three focused sections: an Interest vs. Contributions overview bar, a dedicated Scenario Card, and a Growth Breakdown card.
   • Visible assumptions: Advanced inputs like Inflation, Tax Rate, and Expense Ratio now display directly on the Scenario Card, making projection rules transparent at a glance.
   • Head-to-head metrics: Compare now highlights every meaningful variable difference between two strategies, including inflation, taxes, fees, compounding frequency, and deposit timing.
   • Clearer advantages: Compare makes it easier to see which plan has advantages such as lower fee drag or optimized tax efficiency.
   • Better defaults: Cash flow timing now defaults to "End of period" for standard financial modeling.
   • Layout tweaks: Improved readability for slider labels and keypad range hints.

   Fixed

   • Precision numbers: Deposit amounts now preserve cents ($500.75 no longer rounds to $501).
